Ordinary Beauty
A visual diary consisting of daily ‘noticings’ - captured with a phone camera.
An intentional process of becoming more aware of the immediate environment. Exploring clues, as to what might be really going on in the world, taken from a human scale perspective.
A self-care practice of presencing and localising my emotional attention, against a constant overwhelming stream of ‘artificial’ information. A turn against the endless forcefeeding - where our attention is hijacked - of which we are expected to systematically digest and process.
This is a return to nowness.
Beauty in the 'ordinary’.
Ongoing.
